55 minutes of high energy cardio infused core and strength work done in a circuit format. Set times of work and rest to build endurance, burn calories, build core strength and tone the full body. Incorporates body weight work, Bosu, Pilates Reformer and strength training with a focus on form and technique to ensure results. All fitness levels welcome.
